Making Changes Swiftly yet Softly

We are in tumultuous years with shifts on all levels and in all systems on earth. It is imperative to have additional tools to navigate these changes more than ever before.

While we are either used to change being dramatic and painful or trying really hard and still no results, more often than not, I see that small changes and gentle approaches result in the most effective transitions.

As we work together, I involve some of the following principles in my work with you.

This is just a sampling of the principles I engage with.

As each of us does more to bring balance to our self, we effect a more positive balance in our families, work places and ultimately the world.

Regulation vs Dysregulation

SO often when I am meeting with someone for the first time, they express in ways the exhibit signs of regulation or dysregulation.

This is an energetic manifestation, that can be swiftly and easily cleared and is one of the first steps of a session.

Often as an emotional window can let out the pain or frustration, an energy window can release that which doesn't belong in your energy field, bringing an ever swifter resolution to surface level dysregulation.

This then allows us to get more readily into the deeper levels of transformative shifting.

Masculine vs Feminine

We have lived in a masculine dominated world for generations and while we are seeing progress we have a long way to go here on earth to bring balance to both.

Even on an individual level we have masculine and feminine energies that operate differently.

To the detriment of most of us, we have an imbalance of power even within ourselves.

Often within the first or few sessions, we can achieve a much greater balance of these beautiful energies that then start to work symbiotically instead of detrimentally.

Strength vs Weakness

During a spirit prayer session we were directed by the leader to ask for a gift of strength and power. I was imagining the sword of the spirit or the shield of truth I would get to add to my arsenal. Instead I received a powder puff.

In our power hungry society we are driven for a need to control and dominate. Competition and survival of the fittest at every level.

We have been misled. With this shift in the ages we are now being asked to set aside these old energy patterns and ways of thinking and doing. Instead we are being asked to consider the power and strength of gentleness, of tenderness, of vulnerability.

Along with allowing defenses to be transmuted, we can become more authentic and experience greater intimacy in our relationships, that sense of being seen and known.

Doing vs Being

Because of the expectation to achieve, to deliver, to be better than your competitor, we have lost the art of BEING.

We have become used to doing. We are jazzed up on caffeine or stimulated beyond our nervous system's ability to keep up.

What does it mean to just BE?

I like the words of John McCartney from one of his songs:

"Whisper Words of Wisdom"

"LET IT BE"

A child knows how to be, an animal knows how to be, a plant knows how to be. Why don't we?

What if we considered that there is no yesterday nor tomorrow? When we look at trying to make a change, we can get trapped in the shame or guilt of yesterday or the doubt and insecurity of tomorrow.

What would happen if instead if we think in terms of today. What do I want to think, believe, feel, do and be for today?

What if today was more than 24 hours, more than a week, a month, a year, a lifetime?

What if all time existed and we could just reach in and rearrange some things? Trusting that we were meant to experience all that we did, and we can't change what happened but we could change how it impacted us would we do it? What would it mean to our today?

To do that we must reach into our 'past' our "memories" or perceptions to heal the wounds that are still bleeding or have become rigid scars. All, that is operating now, was operating then and is impacting our today and limiting our tomorrows.

There is so much that transcends space and time. Having an understanding of how to engage your being beyond the limits of space and time brings you into possibilities not otherwise imagined.
